How do sellers get paid

Your earnings will automatically appear in your bank account within 7 working days after transaction is closed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If payment doesn’t appear in your bank account in 7 working days. Please contact us.

Managing your Payout details

If it’s your first Payout, please enter your bank details carefully to make sure your funds reach your bank account. Once you do, we’ll save the details for your future Payouts.
To add/edit your Payout details:
  • 1. Press on your profile icon
  • 2. Select Account settings
  • 3. Choose Payout details
  • 4. Fill in the bank account information and don't forget to save the changes you’ve made. Your bank information is securely stored by our payment partner Stripe.

Payment methods

After pressing the Buy now button, you’ll have to choose your payment method for that specific order. Payment methods available on Brillr are:
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards are also accepted, but we won't be able to issue refunds to them.
Note
  • Buyer Protection applies to all payments made using the Buy now button. If you buy outside of Brillr, we won't be able to help you if a problem arises.
  • In case of a refund, it will appear in the same e-wallet or bank card you used when making the payment.
  • A small charge may be applied to your bank card to ensure its validity. This charge will be refunded immediately.
  • If you’re a minor, you may use Brillr only under your parent’s or adult guardian’s supervision and via their account. Note that it's strictly forbidden by law to use a credit/debit card without the permission of its owner.
